His career includes pivotal positions such as Vice President and COO at Oak Printing, a leader in cut & stack label manufacturing, and Chief Operating Officer at Post-Up Stand, specializing in customized wide format printed signage for trade shows and advertising. Michael has also served as President and COO at Omni Systems, Inc., a prominent pressure-sensitive label converter and as VP & General Manager of the Automotive
Products Division, Avery Dennison, a global leader in pressure sensitive labeling materials and converting and held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Goodwill Industries. His financial expertise extends to his tenure as Director of Finance at Tegrant Corporation and CFO at Colfor Manufacturing, a subsidiary of American Axle.
With 45 years of manufacturing experience and over 25 years in printing, Michael has managed businesses ranging from $60 million in sales with over 200 employees to smaller operations with $3.2 million in sales and 25 employees. His diverse P&L experience in competitive environments has enabled him to effectively translate business goals into reality, particularly in B2B and OEM segments across various markets, including consumer goods, automotive, industrial, and packaging.
